He was Editor and Chairman of The Tax and Estate Planning Law Review and and President of the Condor Falcon Graduate Institute of Leadershp. He is a member of the American Bar Association and Louisiana Bar. Prof.. Mentz has served as a faculty member for 5 universities and colleges teaching law, tax, political science, economics, ecommerce, and internet technologies. Mr. Mentz is a full time faculty professor teaching Law at Loyola University.
